Daily Burn has been a staple app on my iphone for sometime now. It all started with their food scanner application, which allows you to track your food intake by simply scanning the food barcode label and putting in the quantity you ate. Well yesterday I downloaded and got the new app which integrates what used to be two applications into one and provides great interaction for choosing a workout and tracking calories burned as well as calories and nutrients taken in.
So today I start my new workout plan of 31 days to fitness found as one of the ‘pro’ programs in the daily burn app. I will let you know how it goes! DailyBurn.com
